Could man with `distinctive split earlobe’ hold clues to Lincolnshire burglaries?

We are offering a reward of up to £2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or people responsible for a series of burglaries in North Hykeham

The incidents in the area have occurred between August 8th and September 13th and have been committed in the day between 5am and 5.20pm, with most occurring between 9am and 4pm.
 
There are ten identified burglaries that fit the time frame, with money and jewellery stolen.

An individual police would like to speak to, has a distinctive split in his right earlobe.
